Pre-Spect is owned and operated by Rick DeBoard and his wife Kelli. Rick is the Senior Inspector and is responsible for inspections and field operations and Kelli oversees the finances of the business. Kelli is also a hair Stylist at a local hair salon and is planning on returning to school soon to get her RN credentials.
