We provide inspection services in the following counties: Napa, Solano, Eldorado, San Joaquin, Amador & Calaveras.

All our home inspections are thorough, in depth visual examinations of the structure and operating components of the home, in a manner that exceeds the Standards of Practice of the American Institute of Inspectors, and also the California Real Estate Inspection Association.  Rick DeBoard, our senior inspector, is a licensed general contractor, however, according to our Code of Ethics, we do not perform any repairs on the homes we inspect so that you are assured there is no conflict of interest.

You and/or your representatives are encouraged to attend the last hour of the inspection.  During this time the inspector will review with you any challenges that he has found with the home, as well as point out the positive aspects.  This is your opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.  We have found that this method to be the most effective use of your time, however, you may attend the entire 2-3 hour inspection if you desire.

Within 24 hours, we will have the written report ready and can deliver it to you (and to your realtors if desired), via email, snail mail, fax, or you may view it from our website (with a password).  The reports are designed to be very informative, and yet easy to read.  To view a  "Sample Residential Report" click on that link in the box below.
